Returns and exchanges - simple and handled with care.

I want every purchase to bring you joy. But if something isn’t quite right - don’t worry! You can request a return or exchange if a manufacturing defect is found.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIODS:

✦ Within 14 days - if the jewelry hasn’t been used and doesn’t suit you.
✦ Within 30 days - if a manufacturing defect is discovered.

ETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

✦ The jewelry has not been worn and has fully retained its original appearance.

✦ All packaging and components are intact: the branded box and pouch, stickers, care instruction card, polishing cloth, and branded bag.

✦ Proof of purchase is provided (receipt, email or SMS confirmation, or purchase correspondence via social media).

✦ The return/exchange is requested within 14 days by choice, or within 30 days in case of a manufacturing defect.

✦ Custom-made items (changes in size, plating, engraving, etc.) are non-returnable.

✦ Hair accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN / EXCHANGE:

✦ Specify your order details (order number) and attach proof of purchase (receipt, email or SMS confirmation, or purchase correspondence via social media).

✦ Describe the reason for the return or exchange.

✦ Send the jewelry back - shipping costs are covered by the customer. You can also bring the piece directly to our workshop.

✦ Once we receive and inspect the jewelry, we will issue a refund within 2–5 business days or arrange an exchange.

PAYMENT

When placing an order in the online store, you can choose between online payment or cash payment upon delivery.
